of something unique?As Head of Food and Beverage, you''ll lead all FandB operations at Hart Shoreditch – from breakfast service and the lobby bar to events, restaurant, and in-room dining. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, creative vision with commercial discipline. This role requires someone who can bring a sense of style, purpose, and cohesion to every FandB touchpoint across the hotel.You’ll collaborate closely with the GM to drive guest satisfaction, lead commercial planning, and cultivate a strong team culture. The ideal candidate will have a background in lifestyle-led FandB venues, with experience in concept development, service delivery, financial control, and event execution.What You’ll Do

Leadership and Culture

Lead the FandB team with confidence, clarity, and a guest-first approachInspire creativity across menus, service style, and programmingBuild an inclusive, supportive and creative culture that reflects the spirit of Hart ShoreditchOperations and Standards

Drive revenue through strategic management of commercial initiatives with the leadership team.Have a firm grip on the PandL and take ownership over business costs, finding efficient solutions while maintaining high quality.Work closely with the Head Chef on menu development and food consistency.Oversee day-to-day FandB operations, including restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and events.Ensure consistent service quality and presentation across all outlets.Maintain compliance with HandS, licensing, food hygiene, and financial protocols.Manage systems including POS, stock, reporting, and rotas.Drive revenue through creative FandB strategy, programming, and offer designMonitor COS, labour, and operational costs – target profitability across all servicesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and PandL accountability in partnership with GMGuest Experience and Brand Alignment
