About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at ROKA Mayfair . As a key member of our back-of-house leadership, you will embody our passion for exceptional culinary excellence, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.Our Junior Sous Chef are dedicated, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, all while upholding ROKAs renowned high standards.
