It is the promise of the tranquilityand opportunity of a new day.Key responsibilities for our Sous ChefLeading the kitchen team in the hot section, pastry section and Sushi sectionCooking using a variety of methods including the Robata grill and making TempuraEnsuring a high level of cleanliness, date labeling, daily checking of temperatures etc.Assisting with training of chefs in menus, COSHH, HACCAP, daily schedules etc.Assisting with stock ordering and monthly stock takesAssisting with creation of menusYou will be reporting to the Executive Chef within the Food and Beverage team.
