About you...

Passionate about pastry and at least 2 years experience in a similar role.

A post-secondary diploma or degree in culinary arts is a plus.

Advanced pastry knowledge with a keen eye for detail and presentation.

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in team development and guest satisfaction.

A natural communicator, both verbal and written.

Flexible and ready to meet the demands of a fast-paced operation.
