Play a pivotal role in coordinating the care of residents, including liaising directly with GPs and other providers. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care in a high quality environment. Maintain and enhance clinical skills through extensive training and learning opportunities across dementia care, medical emergencies, wound care, diabetes management, and stroke care.
