This is an excellent opportunity to provide both strategic and operational HR support within a complex, fast-paced environment. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days per week required on site in Stevenage. The Role As HR Business Partner, you will deliver a full range of HR services aligned to the organisation''s HR strategy. Acting as both "the voice of HR within the business and the voice of the business within HR," you will contribute to key company objectives through proactive, value-adding HR interventions. You will work closely with senior leaders and managers to ensure HR policies, processes and initiatives are implemented effectively and consistently, supporting performance, engagement and organisational culture.
