They offer services to law firms in personal injury, clinical negligence, employment law, criminal, and private law matters. They are now looking for a Paralegal to join the team. The role would suit applicants who are looking to work in a rapidly expanding company.The Role:Managing a caseload of pre-action and litigious medico-legal matters on behalf of our medical experts and clients.Ensuring all experts are aware of key dates, including Court timetabled dates and Court-listed hearing dates.Corresponding with clients via email and telephone.Uploading new instructions onto our bespoke file sharing platform.Indexing, paginating, and extracting relevant documents/medical records for review by experts.Adhering to data protection regulations and laws at all times.Completing additional ad hoc tasks when requested.The Person:Understanding of both civil and criminal legal justice systems; experience in clinical negligence is ideal.Ability to work independently.IT literate with excellent knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems (training will be provided for bespoke systems).Attention to detail.Experience communicating with clients via phone and email.Driven and self-motivated.Ability to work under tight deadlines.
