This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied and high quality caseload while playing a key role within a respected Legal 500 ranked team.You will advise on a wide range of contentious property matters including disputes relating to commercial property and mixed-use schemes. The role will involve handling landlord and tenant issues such as rent arrears, break notices, forfeiture and lease renewals, as well as service charge disputes and dilapidations claims.The team also advises on matters arising under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, along with disputes involving insolvency issues, breaches of contract and professional negligence. Additional work includes possession of land claims, trespass and unlawful occupation matters, party wall disputes, overage and coverage disputes, and repossessions.
