Litigation SolicitorLocation: Bury, North ManchesterSalary: Up to £45,000 DOEWorking Pattern: Full-time, office-based (potential for 1 day remote)Simpson Judge Legal are working with a well-established high street firm in Bury who are looking to appoint an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their busy and growing team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys a varied caseload and is confident managing both Personal Injury matters (predominantly RTA) alongside broader civil litigation work.The Role: You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, including:Claimant Personal Injury matters, with a focus on RTA filesPre- and post-litigated PI casesGeneral civil litigation mattersBoundary and neighbour disputesContract disputesDebt recovery mattersLandlord and tenant disputesSupporting on more complex litigation where requiredYou will have autonomy over your files from instruction through to resolution, with secretarial and administrative support available.
