Key Duties Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including property and real estate-related disputesHandling files from initial instruction through to resolutionDrafting legal documentation and litigation correspondenceAdvising clients on strategy, risk and next stepsAttending hearings and dealing with routine advocacy where appropriateWorking closely with senior colleagues on complex mattersSupervising and supporting junior team members or paralegals as requiredEnsuring compliance with procedural, regulatory and internal standardsContributing to the effective running and development of the litigation team If you are keen on the role please apply with your CV!
