As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will take on the role of contract administrator, lead consultant, or project manager for projects ranging from £500K to £6m. You will deliver core building surveying services, including defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, landlord and tenant matters, and reinstatement cost assessments.Key Responsibilities :

Acting as contract administrator or lead consultant/project manager on a wide range of projects.Providing core services such as defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, and reinstatement cost assessments.Managing complex projects and delivering client-focused solutions.The Ideal Candidate

The ideal Senior Building Surveyor will have:MRICS qualification with significant post-qualification experience.A strong understanding of JCT contracts (essential).A proven track record in managing complex projects and providing tailored solutions to clients.A drive to grow both personally and professionally within a supportive team.What’s on Offer
