An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and ambitious individual to join a market leading manufacturing brand.This role reports directly into the IT Manager, creating a small team to support an ever-growing business. As such you will get your hands on all hardware, server, applications and some dev tech. The full 360!Roles and Responsibilities:
Providing desktop support which will include solving and closing ticketsAssisting with onsite hardware support and mobile devicesInfrastructure maintenanceMaintaining operating systems ensuring they are up to date and patchedHosting IT workshops with internal staffIT procurement and printer/photocopiers maintenanceGeneral administration and data processing to include auditing equipment and keeping asset register updatedExperience and Knowledge Required
