This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with a reputation for delivering outstanding projects within the high-end domestic windows and doors market.

As Installation Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple installation teams working across various domestic sites. You’ll manage project schedules, resources, and site activities — ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest possible standard.

Role responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate several installation teams
• Oversee project delivery from pre-installation checks to completion
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and site teams
• Handle any onsite issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with internal teams to manage resources and materials

Candidates’ skills & experience:

• Strong experience managing multiple installation teams within the domestic window and door sector
• Solid knowledge of window and door installation processes
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence
