Key Responsibilities Of This Role Will Include

Recruitment of sub-contract labour, ensuring they hold all necessary qualifications and certifications such as a CSCS card, SSSTS/SMSTS, Face Fit certificates etcEnsuring there is sufficient levels of subcontract labour to meet customer demandsCo-ordinating Installation teams to meet the demanding quality and service requirementsEnsuring the highest level of fit quality are maintainedReviewing and closing out snagsEnsuring area performance targets are achievedEnsuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times on sitesCarrying out administrative duties in accordance with the role such as plot related documentationHaving a professional demeanor and upholding the company''s reputation through consistently delivering exceptional customer serviceWorking to KPIs such as Spend, Over-spend, Build-time etc

You Must

Be able to communicate confidently with people at all levelsBe self-motivated and willing to work as part of a dynamic teamBe able to manage multiple projects and maintain deadlinesHave experience of managing peopleBe computer literateBe personally presentable at all timesHave a hands-on approachHave excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills

Ideally you will know what a build program is and have an understanding of what LADs are.

Our client is the largest and most successful, privately owned manufacturer of fitted kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture, in the UK and the organisation has been in operation for over 50 years, experiencing growth year on year.

They arevery successful in winning various tenders to supply fitted kitchens for the on-going refurbishment of Council owned properties throughout the country as well as supplying to the major house builders like Barratts, David Wilson, Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes.It is in their Highrise Apartments Division area of the business that our client requires an experienced Kitchen Installations Manager to manage the fit of approximately 30 50 Kitchens per week in high-rise apartment blocks. As a Kitchen Installations Manager, you will have full responsibility for leading and managing the installation service across your designated area, by providing a high level of service to clients, managing and co-ordinating sub-contract fitters to meet demands and work to the Company quality standards, and ensuring that timescales are met. Part of your role will also be to visit the sites before the kitchens are delivered to make sure that the kitchens will fit properly and to check details such as whether the house has been plastered and ready to for the Kitchen to be fitted.
