Account Director – Commercial Contracts – Central London - Circa 90k

Have you got a proven track record within the commercial building services industry, ideally managing prestigious contracts, at a senior level?

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading companies in the facilities maintenance industry.

They currently maintain five high end maintenance contracts across Central London and the City and are looking for an experienced Account Director to head up these long standing clients.

The main purpose of the job will be to ensure that contractual obligations are met and exceeded and technical operations are maintained to a very high standard.

This is a key appointment within the organisation and it will be responsible for driving the contract forward to forge and maintain an excellent working relationship with the client.

The main duties will include:

- Manage all contractual, financial budgets, PandL and technical issues.- Manage agreed KPI and SLA’s.- Responsible for managing the company’s HandS and environmental performance on site.- Recruitment of any new staff required on sites.- Responsible for the technical development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals.- Management of client relationships on a daily basis.- Management of all reports.- Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue.

Applicants for this role must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Strong technical understanding within the building services environment.- Proven experience at senior management level within a hard services FM environment.- Proven background in understanding of budgets and PandL.- Previous experience of managing large engineering teams.- Experience of service delivery in high profile buildings.- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.- Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.- Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.

The package for this role includes:

- Salary circa 90k.- Performance related bonus.- 25 days holiday.- Healthcare.- Pension.
