Account Director – Retail SectorWe are recruiting for a dynamic and ambitious Account Director to join a leading consultancy that specialises in cutting-edge data, AI, and technology solutions. This role is critical to driving growth within the retail sector, managing some existing accounts and focusing on new business acquisition.Position: Account Director – Retail SectorLocation: London (3 days a week access to office)Salary: £80,000-£120,000 basic + uncapped OTE and benefitsRole and Responsibilities:New Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with new clients in the retail sector, showcasing innovative solutions to address their challenges and drive business transformation.Strategic Account Management: Cultivate and grow relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for additional value and services.Consultative Selling: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs, leveraging your expertise to recommend tailored data, AI and Transformation Consulting.Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics, positioning solutions as a catalyst for retail innovation.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with the company’s capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of services.Key Qualifications:?
