We are looking for a skilled and proactive Property Litigation Solicitor to join an established team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with at least two years of post-qualification experience to work on a diverse and challenging caseload involving complex property disputes.

Key Responsibilities:Advising and representing clients in landlord and tenant disputes, including possession claims, lease renewals, and dilapidations.Handling matters involving easements, adverse possession, and restrictive covenants.Managing rights to light claims and other contentious property issues.Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other litigation documents.Engaging in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Candidate Requirements:A minimum of 2 years'' post-qualification experience in property litigation.Strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant law and wider property dispute matters.Excellent communication, drafting, and advocacy skills.Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and as part of a team.Must be based within a commutable distance of Leeds.
