We now have an opportunity for a Lawyer to join an ever-growing team of property litigators in Leeds or Newcastle.What will you be doing?Our practice is one of the largest nationally and is expanding. We have an enviable client list, made up of landlords and tenants (with national portfolios), developers and investors, ranging from significant public sector bodies to FTSE 250 household names across sectors including telecoms, retail, energy, government, transport, and infrastructure.You''ll play an important role in helping us grow, assisting in a wide range of contentious commercial property matters, including telecoms, landlord and tenant issues (e.g., 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations, break notices), and general property issues such as adverse possession, easements, and title disputes. The team is extremely busy, so you''ll be able to engage with high-quality client work from the start. The Property Disputes Team works closely with our transactional Real Estate team, providing opportunities to develop strong cross-practice relationships within a supportive, collegiate environment committed to professional development.What does the ideal candidate look like?Most importantly, you will have a genuine enthusiasm for this area of law and the aspiration to deliver first-class service to clients.You will need strong academic credentials, a thorough approach to complex legal analysis, and the ability to quickly understand intricate sets of facts.
