Registered Manager , you will pay a key role in leading operations, supporting growth and ensuring the business continues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across the community. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, managing teams and working closely with the company owner. Your leadership will help shape the future of services and support and promote dignity, independence and quality care for all.What You’ll Do:Lead and support service leads and teams to deliver top-quality care.

Oversee operations, HR, and finance to ensure smooth and efficient services.

Drive business performance, growth and service improvements.

Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Support recruitment, staff development and team culture.

Report on financial and operational performance to the owner.

What We’re Looking For:Experience in a senior management role (preferably within care or a regulated sector).

A registered manager -registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

Strong business, financial and commercial understanding.

A positive, solutions-focused attitude with excellent leadership skills.

Confident in managing change, improving services and leading teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.

Knowledge of CQC standards (desirable).

Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or similar (desirable).
