Ofsted Registered

and ensure compliance with Children''s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.Provide

vision, leadership, and direction

to your team, striving for ''Outstanding'' outcomes.Act as a strong

advocate for young people , ensuring they receive the services and opportunities they need.Oversee

staff recruitment, development, supervision, and appraisals , building a motivated and skilled team.Manage resources effectively, including

budgetary control, rota planning, and staff deployment .Lead on

quality assurance, safeguarding, and partnership working

with families, professionals, and external agencies.Promote a culture of

equality, diversity, and continuous improvement .What We''re Looking For:Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) , or willingness to work towards it.Strong knowledge of

Children''s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and safeguarding .Proven ability to

lead and inspire a team

in a children''s residential care setting.A passion for improving the lives of children and young people with

autism and learning disabilities .Excellent
