temp to perm opportunity , with the potential for a permanent contract after a successful 12-week period.What You''ll Be Doing:Manage operations and financial performance across 3 catering sitesEngage regularly with clients and service usersOversee staff development, training, and team briefingsDrive service excellence and implement new strategiesManage supplier relationships and maintain compliance with food safety standardsContribute to PandL reporting, contract negotiation, and business growthWhat Were Looking For:Experience at management level in contract catering or a similar environmentStrong leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skillsCommercial acumen with a background in PandL managementA proactive, flexible attitude with the ability to work independentlyA full UK driving licence and Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)Whats In It For You:£19.35 per hour
