This role plays a crucial role in achieving the Catering teams objectives, taking an active role in the day-to-day running of the catering operations, across the bars, café and events, which includes: managing staff, delivering outstanding customer service, and managing resources effectively to maximise profit.Responsibilities include:Delivering excellent customer service whilst maximising profitDeveloping and delivering on training strategy, building a high performing teamEfficiently managing, recruiting and inducting staffStock managementCashing up and cash managementEnsure cleanliness of all catering areas are maintained and Food Safety adhered to at all timesYou will have hospitality/food and beverage experience at a supervisory or managerial level, previous bar experience and experience of working on events. You will have great attention to detail and be able to deal with matters proactively.
