Drafting, preparing, and reviewing complex SaaS product contractsTrack and monitor legal and regulatory developmentsImproving customer contract negotiation process and lead supplier negotiationsAdvise on existing client contracts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigationCollaborating with internal stakeholders to align legal support with business goalsOversee and manage external legal counselAdvising on best practices and complianceRequirements

5 – 8 years PQE in commercial, IT or technology lawExcellent drafting skills – must be able to draft contracts free-handExperience from either practice or another fintech businessConfident negotiatorFantastic opportunity in a high-performing, global business and ideal for a candidate coming from private practice looking to move into an in-house role.
