The role involves negotiating a range of complex technology, IP, licensing, SaaS and data agreements to provide services, including product licenses, managed services agreements, and redistribution arrangements.Responsibilities

Negotiate a variety of complex technology, IP, licensing, SaaS and data agreements to provide services, including product licenses, managed services agreements, and redistribution arrangements.Contribute to and advance special projects, including developing templates, policies and procedures to make internal processes more efficient or to license new business opportunities.Background / Qualifications
