Senior Legal Counsel - Investment ManagerInvestment Manager, looking to appoint an experienced funds lawyer.

Seeking a versatile retail and private funds lawyer (from 4 years’ PQE) with experience setting up ETFs, to join their business as Senior Legal Counsel for the UK, to support the business’ expansion further into Europe.

This will suit a technically strong lawyer, with solid experience setting up funds and advising on distribution, with an appetite to broaden their practice into a “generalist role”, including corporate, DP, employment, IP, fund launches, compliance and regulatory matters.

You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have over 4 years’ PQE with excellent technical knowledge and experience of ETFs and regulations applicable to funds, including SFDR and SDR. Experience gained in-house at an ETF provider or investment manager is helpful.

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious funds lawyer to join a dynamic and collaborative organisation looking to broaden out their experience and be the legal lead for the UK and European business.
