You will be involved with various residential projects, predominantly across the North.Responsibilities
Assisting the client in identifying, obtaining and collating the pre-construction informationCompiling and providing pre-construction information document for the client, design team principal contractorsProducing and/or reviewing project risk registers / designer risk assessmentsReviewing Construction Phase PlansPreparing/reviewing the Health and Safety fileConducting Health and Safety site inspectionsQualifications / Relevant skills
Experience providing CDM Advisory / CDM Principal Designer servicesExperience working for either a Consultancy or Client-side organisationExperience working on projects within the built environmentIdeally you will have already achieved some industry recognised qualifications / certifications i.e. APS, NEBOSHCPC - Big enough to deliver but small enough to careIn addition to a competitive salary, CPC Project Services provides comprehensive benefits including private pension, private healthcare, holidays, assistance with private professional membership subscriptions, training and development, personal performance based bonus and annual salary review.We encourage you to apply even if your experience is not a 100% match for this position.
