£25,500 - £30,000 per annum + Benefits (see below)LOCATION:

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Careers Advisor / Employability Tutor with a strong understanding of coaching, career development, student/learner progression pathways, and employability skills development.In this role, you will deliver tailored one-to-one and group career coaching, helping learners thrive in a competitive job market. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Senior Leadership Team to ensure positive career outcomes for learners.You will also support system refinement, progression tracking, and collaborate across teams to provide a seamless learner experience from initial contact to progression.The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder, a skilled communicator, and passionate about learner success. Experience in the live entertainment industry is a bonus, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.How to Apply

Provide tailored career and pastoral support through individual and group sessions, reviews, exploration, and coaching.Support CV and portfolio development, interview skills, and professional behaviors to enhance employability.Assist with career progression, role transitions, promotions, and matching learners to employer opportunities.Connect learners with industry through interviews, employer introductions, and sector insights.Track learner progress and outcomes accurately.Utilize labour market insights to keep coaching relevant and support employer engagement.Develop and maintain high-quality resources and toolkits to maximize coaching impact.Candidate Requirements

Understanding of coaching, career development, learner pathways, and employability skills.Awareness of safeguarding and Prevent Duty (or willingness to learn).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passionate about learner success.Flexibility for evening/weekend work.Ability to travel occasionally within the UK (expenses paid).Desirable Skills

Knowledge of funded training programmes (e.g., Skills Bootcamps).Knowledge of the creative and live events industries.Familiarity with Ofsted frameworks and FE QA standards.Benefits
