OverviewCDM Coordinator / Principal Designer required to join a rapidly expanding Architectural Practice that is well established and reputable in their market. The role is based from Wakefield and covers sites across the North of the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CDM Advisor / Principal Designer to join a growing consultancy that has recently taken on new and exciting construction developments, creating further expansions within their team.

Responsibilities

Collate pre construction information and identify gaps.

Carry out HandS specific design reviews.

Prepare and issue HandS file on completion.

Maintain good communication with all levels on site.

Report into a member of Senior Management as the CDM Advisor / Principal Designer.

Qualifications

Hold a degree level in a construction or design based subject.

Hold a HandS qualification either NEBOSH or RMaPS.

Experience working as a CDM Advisor / Principal Designer.

SalarySalary is negotiable depending on your skills and experience.
