They''re seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their growing team and play a key role in supporting end-users and SME infrastructures across multiple industries. Role Overview:As a Technical Support Engineer, you''ll provide a mix of remote and onsite support to clients, handling everything from desktop issues to network troubleshooting and Office 365 management. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric role and wants exposure to a wide range of technologies.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1st line technical support across desktop, server, and networking environments.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, remote tools, and in-person.Support Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure AD.Deploy, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices.Perform proactive maintenance, monitoring, and patching of client systems.Manage tickets and document work using a PSA or ticketing system.Liaise directly with clients to ensure timely resolution and excellent service delivery.Occasionally attend client sites ..... full job details .....
