Are you a Software Support or Application Support professional with an understanding of the code behind web applications? Even better, do you have experience of coding and development? You will be visiting events across the world that use our software products, and will be responsible for ensuring the applications are working to support these live events. You will be configuring and supporting applications both remotely and on site at events.
