The role offers an exciting opportunity to support the Platform Partner Syndicates through insightful financial analysis, planning, and performance reporting. The successful candidate will lead the development of business plans, collaborate with underwriting and actuarial teams, and deliver high-quality reports to senior stakeholders. Responsibilities

Lead the development of business plans for the Platform Partner Syndicates.

Collaborate with underwriting and actuarial teams to provide insightful financial analysis, planning, and performance reporting.

Deliver high-quality reports to senior stakeholders.

Manage a small team and drive process improvements within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting and analysis.

Experience with Lloyd’s or the London Market, including Syndicate Business Forecast (SBF) planning.

Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills with data modelling experience.

Knowledge of Anaplan or similar planning tools is advantageous.
