We are currently recruiting for a highly regarded Financial Planning practice based in the Mayfair area who are looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their team.The company is an independent firm providing private clients and institutions with a highlypersonalised financial planning and investment management service. All forms of financial adviceare offered, including pension funding, asset and estate protection, tax efficient financial planningas well as an investment service that offers dedicated discretionary fund management. Theplanning proposition as a whole assists clients achieve their financial and lifestyle objectives. Allservices are provided by highly qualified professionals with experience of servicing clients formany years, through different economic cycles. They believe in building long-term relationshipswith their clients based on trust and high levels of service.This role supports clients and the Financial Planners within the business. This is an office based role.PurposeTo support clients and the financial planning team in their day to day requirements andactivities to ensure competency, compliance and efficiency within the business.ResponsibilitiesProvide quality administration and analytical support to planners and clientsManage own workloadsProcess all private client related new business and servicing queries using the businessesprocesses and with defined internal and external service level agreementsContribute to information required for the reporting of management information andkey performance indicatorsUse company systems in line with internal procedures and ensure all processes arebeing completed in line with company manuals and process documentationParticipate in meetings, conferences and seminars applicable to role and followingappropriate authorisationBuild relationships with external product providers and suppliers and act as a mainpoint of contact for clientsCheck all new business paperwork prior to submission to ensure it is compliantManage planner diaries and book client new business and review meetings in line withcompany procedureData collection of client portfolios for new business and review meetingsPrepare all documentation and meeting packs for planners in timely fashionEnsure all meeting follow-up work is completed within company timescalesManage and action incoming and outgoing client queries both via post and digitalmethodsManaging cash balances and cash movementsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident and competent communication skills – verbal and writtenAbility to multi-taskDemonstration of initiativeGood working knowledge of in-house systems and processesAbility to communicate to peers and line managerHigh integrity and ability to maintain confidenceStrong focus on delivering high quality client serviceAbility to work under pressure as part of a teamStrong software skills with good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to build effective internal and external relationshipsExperience /QualificationsExperience of client relationship management software within financial services Iress X Plan or similarPlease note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
