The RoleAs a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in leading and supporting a team to provide high-quality care in our children’s homes. You’ll ensure a safe and nurturing environment, helping young people reach positive outcomes by addressing their physical, emotional, and practical needs. Essential Criteria

Experience as a Team Leader in a Residential Setting is a requirement for this role.

Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Full UK Driving Licence (held for at least 2 years).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven ability to supervise, support, and guide staff effectively.

Knowledge of child safeguarding and relevant legislation.

Ability to manage and produce accurate reports on the day-to-day activities of young people.

Desirable Criteria

At least 2 years'' experience in residential care for young people.
