We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Salford. Our services support individuals with learning disabilities and intensive support needs across two shared supported living services and four flats, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.Responsibilities

Provide respectful personal care and administer medications in accordance with care plans.Assist service users with daily tasks and support their independence.Work closely with individuals, their families, colleagues, and professionals to ensure the best outcomes.Oversee staff development, including training, supervision, and appraisal.Support managers with business planning, service improvements, and regulatory compliance.Qualifications and experience

Minimum of two years’ experience in care.Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification.Previous staff supervision experience.Flexibility to work on a rota, including sleep-ins.Application process and eligibility
