Financial Reporting Analyst – based in London and this will be the contractual location of the successful candidate, other locations cannot be considered.This is a varied and dynamic role offering significant exposure to financial reporting and controls, balance sheet reconciliations, cashflow forecasting, problem solving, and process improvement initiatives. It presents an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn about the global Aviva Investors business, develop core financial reporting skills, and make a meaningful contribution to our finance function.Responsibilities

Support the production of deliverables across financial cycles and provide guidance to offshore teams in areas such as month-end processing, intercompany balance sheet reconciliations, and cash management.Oversee key processes and controls, prepare statutory accounts and audit deliverables, and support robust working capital and cashflow forecasting processes.Collaborate closely with stakeholders and offshore teams to align on deliverables and timelines, while contributing to team process improvements and wider finance projects.Skills and experience we’re looking for

Typically educated to degree levelProfessional accounting qualification would be an advantageStrong system and spreadsheet skills; Oracle and Hyperion Smart View an advantageWorking to tight deadlines and the ability to manage a demanding workloadExperience working with outsourced/offshore teams an advantageWhat you’ll get for this role
