Financial Reporting ManagerWhat You’ll Be Doing

Lead the preparation of statutory accounts and consolidated group reporting (FRS 102)Manage the year-end audit process and address all technical accounting queriesImprove financial systems, controls, and reconciliations across the functionOversee VAT returns, FX contracts, tax compliance, and reportingAct as the go-to for group finance, external auditors, and legalCoach and develop a team of four with confidence and careWhat We’re Looking For

ACA or ACCA qualified with solid post-qualified experienceProven background in statutory reporting, audit and group consolidationStrong technical accounting and an eye for continuous improvementExcellent people manager - calm, clear and collaborativeConfident communicator who enjoys cross-functional relationshipsStrong Excel and systems skills (Pegasus Opera a bonus but not essential)Why This Role?
