Follow and execute recipes accurately while also contributing creative ideas for new seasonal offerings.'' Ensure all mise en place is completed ahead of service.'' Maintain strict food hygiene and health and safety standards in accordance with HACCP and company policies.'' Manage stock rotation and help reduce food waste in the pastry section.'' Assist with ordering and inventory management related to pastry ingredients and supplies.'' Work collaboratively with other chefs and front-of-house to ensure smooth service.'' Remain calm and focused during busy service periods, ensuring quality is never compromised.'' Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in your section.'' Collaborate with other team members to ensure the timely delivery of food during service.'' Maintain excellent communication with the kitchen team to ensure an efficient, positive working environment.About you, our new Pastry Chef de Partie:'' Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant or hotel'' A genuine passion for pastry, baking, and seasonal produce'' A strong eye for detail and an appreciation for presentation'' Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.''
