The Experience and Qualifications required as Demi Chef de Partie are:Previous experience in a similar position is essential.Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private members club advantageousThe working hours:Set shifts starting at 2/3pmMonday and Sunday always off!The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
