Responsibilities

Support individuals with varying needs in learning disability and mental health settings.

Build rapport with service users, provide compassionate care, and promote wellbeing.

Contribute to the delivery of person-centered care plans and report changes to the team.

Requirements

Be over the age of 18 to apply

Have the right to work in the UK

Be a UK resident; we are unable to offer sponsorship

Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care

Excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector

Ability to build a strong rapport with service users with varying needs and abilities

Genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
