Your responsibilities will include:Providing support and ensuring a safe, calm environmentSupporting individuals with personal care and wellbeing needsPromoting independence and emotional reassuranceMaintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the wider teamBeing a trusted presence and advocate for those you supportThe people we support love spending time outdoors, and our service is perfectly situated near the vibrant city of Brighton, with access to beautiful natural surroundings.
