We are looking for anexperienced Events Managerto join the Benugo team at theWellcome Collection.The successful candidate will manage a range of events, from the initial enquiry/planning stage through to the successful execution of the event on the day and follow up.Salary from: £36,000 - £38,000 per annumContract: Full Time/ PermanentShifts: 5 days out of 8, includes early morning and eveningsTo operationally lead on site eventsTo manage catering logistics, including event file handling, event briefing sheet and service plansTo ensure all enquiries and client feedback are managed professionally and in a timely mannerTo continuously work towards improving sales and serviceTo lead and motivate the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training and mentoringFinancial and budget management including forecasting, cost control and forward planningAbout the ideal candidate:Previous experience in a similar role is desirableEnthusiastic about working in a dynamic and fast paced environmentStrong customer service skillsExcellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspireFlexibility to work on events as and when requiredPassion for food and wine is a plus!Additional Information
