Overview

Site Manager position for a critical pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Surrey. You will oversee operations across production, quality control and engineering in a small facility, with the need to be hands-on and able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment. Oversee all operations in a small facility in Surrey, including production, quality control and engineering.Lead and develop teams, working closely with department managers while remaining hands-on.Drove continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency and compliance.Maintain regulatory compliance and quality systems, and uphold safety standards.Key Experience / Qualifications

Leadership and management experience within a pharmaceutical setting is essential.Demonstrated experience across different operational disciplines is key.Confident in addressing operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.Strong experience in project management.Technical understanding of sterile / aseptic manufacturing is strongly preferred.Details
