Site Manager / SupervisorReports to:

Project/Contracts ManagerResponsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects run safely, on schedule, and to specification.Supervise operatives, subcontractors, and apprentices, providing guidance and support.Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce all health and safety requirements.Liaise with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and delivery.Monitor quality of work, progress, and maintain site documentation (RAMS, timesheets, reports).Assist in planning labour, materials, and equipment.Resolve on-site issues and escalate major concerns to management when necessary.Requirements

3–5 years’ experience in plumbing/mechanical works.Proven supervisory or team leader experience is an advantage.Strong knowledge of health and safety and site compliance.Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manage workflows effectively.What We Offer
