This role is for someone who''s looking to take charge of the Pensions function with the scope of taking over other potential duties such as implementation projects.Your new role You''ll be asked to involve yourself in a variety of duties, including collaborating with the wider HR function and internal and external stakeholders to manage the pension function.Your main responsibilities will include:Serve as the main pension lead, including taking charge of the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes.Ensure all pensions comply with legislationAnnual reporting and operations of pension schemes, including dealing with third-party providersLead the implementation of system changes and new projects.What you''ll need to succeed Knowledge of pensions including DC and DB schemesStrong communication skillsAbility to work autonomouslyStrong experience of delivering projectsWhat you''ll get in return You''ll receive a salary paying £50,000+.
