With a focus on continuous improvement and employee wellbeing, they offer a supportive and rewarding place to work.Your new role As the Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll for direct staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all payroll and benefits functions. You will manage data entry, payroll processing, and maintain detailed records for job costing and reporting. Additionally, you will oversee the administration of benefits, including pensions, private medical insurance, and group life assurance, as well as processing expenses.What you''ll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will need:Proven experience in payroll administration, ideally experience of payroll systemsStrong Excel skills and attention to detail for managing complex spreadsheetsFamiliarity with UK payroll legislation, including SMP/SPP, pensions auto-enrolment, and P11D reportingExcellent organisational and communication skills to liaise with managers and external providersAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlinesExperience with staff benefits administration and expense processing is highly ..... full job details .....
