This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure and learn international payrolls. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team in London. This role provides vital support to the international payroll function, ensuring that employees across global markets receive accurate and timely pay and benefits services. You will be the first point of contact for a range of employee queries, working closely with the International Payroll and HR teams to deliver high-quality support across the full employee lifecycle. Responsibilities Assist with all stages of the international payroll cycle to ensure efficient processing. Collect and manage weekly timesheets, ensuring they are submitted and processed accurately. Support the administration of global employee benefits, tailored to each country s requirements. Be the go-to person for queries regarding pay, sickness, holiday entitlement and leave payments. Oversee the administration of employee benefits such as bonuses and health plans where applicable. Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver planned lifecycle events while ensuring compliance with internal policies and local legislation.
