Provide first line IT support via phone, email, and in person.Manage incidents through the service desk, ensuring timely resolution.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.Support system roll outs and IT projects.Assist with IT security, audits, and compliance.What we''re looking for:

At least 2 year''s experience in a first line IT support role.A 3rd level or professional IT qualification.Strong customer service and communication skills.Solid knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and basic networking.A motivated problem solver with a professional, approachable manner.Why join?
