Duties will include:Create the largest active market share of any agent in the areaMaximise revenues and grow the property registerDevelop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendationsMaximise branch profit and achieve all financial targetsManage performance of employees through regular 1:1s, reviews and morning meetingsInfluence a result through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the planSkills Required
Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experienceBe target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievementBe able to work effectively managing a teamBe motivated and enthusiastic at all timesDisplay high standards of service and presentationHave good organisational skillsDemonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growthBe a car owner with a full driving licenceBe insured for business useHave the legal right to work in the UKWhat we can offer you
