Epsilon . This hybrid role is based in London, United Kingdom (2-3 days per week in the office). The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst owns sales compensation calculations, validation, analysis, and support to enable accurate commission payments for one or more revenue centers. The role identifies administrative process improvements and works cross-functionally with associates on plans.What You’ll Do
Own sales compensation calculations, including validation and analysis for one or more revenue centers.Manage the sales compensation plan implementation in Xactly, including UAT (test scripts, logging defects, etc.).Own the sales plan distribution in Xactly ensuring accuracy of target incentives, target statements and tracking status of the documents.Maintain participant eligibility and access in Xactly.Submit incentive compensation payment amounts to the payroll department ensuring all commissions are calculated on time and accurately.Assist in driving the issue resolution process for escalated questions concerning incentive plan design/metrics and policies.Assist in the audit processes and ensure audits are complete and reviewed.Assist in the development and implementation of Sales Compensation Policies working with Finance, Legal, HR, Sales Operations and Sales and Client Services Management.Collaborate extensively with Finance, Sales Operations, Human Resources, Sales, and Client Services on integration of sales programs, accruals, and other initiatives.Proactively provide ad-hoc requests to internal customers with insights on key takeaways or further reporting to support decision-making.Proactively seek out process improvements, driving those projects to completion.Manage development and distribution of training, presentations, and other materials for compensation program rollouts.Serve as the subject matter expert and answer questions regarding sales compensation calculations and escalate as needed.Share best practices with other analysts and cross-train as appropriate.Qualifications
What you’ll bring with you:4-6 years’ experience in sales compensationExperience in sales compensation development and administration.Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative majorWhy you might stand out from other talent:Ability to explain complex problems and identify potential solutions.Experience identifying areas for process improvement and driving solutions.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced time management skills including ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including use of PowerPoint, Excel, advanced formulas and scenario and statistical analysis.Experience with incentive compensation automation tools, Xactly knowledge a big plus.About Epsilon and Equal Opportunity
