Core ResponsibilitiesTo organise and maintain the calibration of company tools, equipment, update the calibration database and maintain the certificates and records of calibration activities. Managing the external calibration provider. Follow Up with internal departments regarding NCR''s raised from External/Internal sources. Support departments as required using RCA tools. To assist in maintaining the Company Quality Management System and compliance with the appropriate national and international standards throughout the Company. Complete internal audits as per the schedule and promptly produce the report. Development and implementation of process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce cost. Managing the quarantine area, ensuring parts are actioned within a suitable timeframe by the relevant departments. Manage the workshop audit schedule with the auditors and ensure findings are communicated to relevant managers and recorded on the NCR database. Employee Profile (Professional Experience and Education, (Desirable)Educated to degree / HNC level Experience of quality systems in a safety critical engineering environment. ISO9001:2015 Internal or Lead Auditor certified. Engineering / technical background including knowledge of engineering Specific Skills and Knowledge (EX: Language, IT skills)Experience in Quality Assurance techniques and the ability to make recommendations to management.
